looking at nuxt-tawk-to, I think it should probably use https://scripts.nuxt.com - and/or maybe this could just be replaced by adding tawk-to to the nuxt/scripts registry? wdyt @harlan-zw?

Yes, looks like a good candidate to add to the registry; it's just client-side code loading a third-party script. @atlaxt would you be interested in contributing that?
